I placed an order for a friend’s birthday party that took place in Florida (I reside in Rhode Island). From inception I had nothing but great communication with timely response. I receive exactly what I asked for plus some. She even accommodated me on a Sunday for pick up even though she doesn’t open on Sundays. Beautifully designed. The flavor was on point. The cake was the talk of the party. I will be ordering again for sure. Amazing woman, amazing baker and decorator and overall amazing experience.

I’m a repeat customer at Sugar Rush Cake Factory. She is so warm and inviting to her customers. I wanted to do business with her just off her positive and professional attitude alone. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I truly appreciate her. You just tell her your vision and she will bring it to life. Have you EVER experienced someone’s gifts, talents, and passion through their work. I was given this opportunity to do so after ordering my cake, cake pops, and cupcakes for my 50th denim and diamonds birthday. I was very skeptical upon placing my order as I’ve NEVER been able to eat any of the fondant cakes we have ordered, not to mention how pricey they can be depending on the details. However, I was able to experience how well a cake can be designed and taste all in one shot after receiving my cake, cake pops, and cupcakes from Shellene at Sugar Rush Cake Factory. Not only was I astounded by how well she delivered in the design I requested, but in the taste of her masterpiece. I not only ate my cake, but ate EVERY doubt and skeptic I had upon placing my order. Everything was true to what I ordered and beyond perfection. I called Shellene and thanked her for accepting her gifts and talents that God has granted her and shared with her my experience of her passion she delivered in making my 50th, a spectacular and blessed celebration. I have a sweet tooth or many sweet teeth for that matter, so I know what a good tasting cupcake taste like... I finally got to taste your cupcakes at the 2nd Annual Men's Cuisine of People Profile event... and I was so delighted with the Red Velvet, the rum/raisin and Bailey cupcakes. I wanted to get some more without having to drive to Ft. Lauderdale but I don't see how I can order online at your website....can you please make it that I can order online and you can deliver or post:) Thank you

My son Spider-Man cake is TO DIE FOR I’m so excited to show him to get his reaction. I had a My Little Pony cake. Communication was great during and after the even. Cake was beautiful, moist and tasty. Everyone enjoyed. Excellent cake, excellent service

I must first of all comment on the professional way in which Sugar Rush Cake Factory dealt with me and the level of communication that was displayed I would recommend them for any event that needs cakes, cup cakes etc... My baby shower cake was the talk of the party lol and it tasted so nice it just melt in your mouth. I will be using Sugar Rush Cake Factory for my daughter’s Christining and any other upcoming events that I have in the future.

Sugar rush cake factory by far have the best customer service. Not only to put the icing on the cake but their cakes is oh so delicious red velvet and vanilla my favorite! SO MOIST SO TASTY AND SWEET WIll definitely be ordering more cakes from sugar rush cake factory. Worth every penny 😘

Phenomenal place to order a cake from. The professionalism and customer service I received from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I contacted the company at the last minute and spoke with Shellene. Even with short notice, she assured me that my request would be fulfilled. I requested a speciality cake for my sister's bachelorette party. I loved her recommendations to customize the cake, as well as the flavors she suggested. Everything was superb, absolutely perfect from design to taste. I would definitely recommend Sugar Rush Cake Factory and I will absolutely be using them again.

My cake was everything I hoped it would be. It was moist, not overly sweet, jus perfect...it was a 2 tiered red velvet, vanilla rum cake and usually I'd lean towards d vanilla but they were both jus perfect. I will definitely be using her again

So to begin I am not the biggest fan of custom cakes. I think they are just pretty and taste like plastic! This past weekend my outlook changed. I was at a wedding and I partook of a slice of a "rustic" designed cake by this company. OMG!!!! This had to be the best cake I have had ever. It was moist and full of so much flavor, I even ate all the icing. Most people may not think like it is much but you have to understand I have been to many events before and often time hide most of the cake under a napkin until the trash is collected; this time however I was looking to get another piece. At the end of the wedding I had to ask the bride for the information of who created this masterpiece. The following day I reached out to Shelly the owner and creator who was the up most professional in her interaction. She offered me sample cupcakes of 3 different flavors (Red velvet, vanilla rum and coconut). After tasting them I had to order 2 dozen of each and I tell you I cannot wait until Friday to pick them up. If you are looking for masterpiece custom designed cake with the taste to go with it I recommend that you reach out to them. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Thanks so much for creating a cake that truly captured everything about me. The cake was beautiful and brought tears to my eyes before I tasted it. After I tasted the cake, I was completely overwhelmed with emotion. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was delicious and so moist. Today is Day 3 and the cake is still moist. The owner has a great personality, someone you can talk to, she is always available to answered all my phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. My daughters 3rd birthday cake and treats was the best, She told me how delicious it was and had her last piece today after a month in the refrigerator it still taste like the day it was made. I am impressed and will definitely recommended this company and I will be back for a cake for my baby shower. I had to do this review because the cake tasted so good after a month of being in the refrigerator. Thanks again we all enjoyed the Princess Elena custom made cake!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to do a special cake for one of my close friends. We contacted the Sugar Rush Cake Factory and it was one of the best decisions. The cake was amazing and the decorations was so unique. So I wanted last minute to finalized my plans regarding my little sister's 16th birthday. I called this company yesterday about 12pm, spoke to the owner who was just absolutely wonderful. Even though I came to her last minute she didnt make me feel any different than if I was placing the order a week ago. She said to me you know it's my weekend off but I can make it happen. Me being the indecisive person that I am I said you know I can give you ideas and what colors but I'm not sure exactly how I'd liked it to be. She said alright. Let me send you some pictures and we can go from there. I pretty much was leaving the responsiblity on her but dont tell her I said that lol. Shellene at Sugar Rush Factory by far exceeded my expectations. First let me say that I needed at cake for my sister's nursing ceremony and shellene took my vision and ran with it. She is so creative, talented and such a pleasure to work. The cake was so gorgeous that my sister didn't even want to cut it. But once she did cut it OMG the cake was so delicious! I would definitely order more cakes and would recommend her to everybody.

Where do I start .... I started using sugar rush for my baby shower . So far Shelly has made me 4 cakes (my baby shower , my son christening, his 1st birthday and recently his 2nd birthday) all I've ben completely satisfied with . There is no other place I would go too . She is my go too girl for any cake designs. If you want quality I suggest you use the best and Shelly is the BEST.

I had a birthday party on April 7th 2017. Every year my family and friends always surprises me with my birthday cake. This year they used Sugar Rush Cake Factory. I was impressed with the cake decoration, because it matched my theme to the exact point. We had two layers the first layer was vanilla rum which I wasn't able to taste but the second layer which was a red velvet was to die for. It wasn't you're average red velvet, because I taste a little bit of coconut and when my brother tasted it he enjoyed it as well. I know for fact next year I would my family to come back to Sugar Rush to make my cake again. Thank you so much for the the design and taste hope we can continue to do business in the near future as I am also an event planner.

I just received my vanilla rum with coconut rum frosting cupcakes and they are FANTASTIC. They are very fluffy and the frosting is to die for, the best. Great job Shelly!!!

Shelly is the best cake designer I have ever met. She made my sister's vintage wedding cake with just a 2 week notice and the quality of her work is amazing. She is incredibly professional and detailed oriented. A true artist! It was a pleasure doing business with her as well. She has excellent communication skills and highly reliable. I rate Sugar Rush Cake 5 out of 5. The experience from start to finish was outstanding. Shellene held my hand through the entire process and gave me great ideas. The result you can see for yourself is nothing short than amazing. Not to mention the cake not only look great, it taste great too.
