When placing an order, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. The deposit is required to secure the date and begin processing your order. 2 weeks prior to event a total of 50% is due to start prepping for your cake. The total balance is due upon pickup. If your order is for delivery, then your total balance including delivery fee is due 24 hours prior to delivery time. Cash and credit cards are accepted. Final payment must be made no later than four hours before scheduled delivery.
When placing a Wedding Cake order, there is 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the date, and a 50% deposit of the total cost of the cake is due three weeks prior to delivery. Balance is due 48 hours to wedding date. There is free delivery for all wedding cakes that feeds 100 or more guests, within a 10-mile radius.
All tastings are complimentary for weddings and special events for over 75 people. To set up a cake tasting, please fill out our online order form and request a tasting. All tastings are by appointment only. Other restrictions may apply.
EVENT PLANNING & TREAT TABLES
For all events and treat tables, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. The deposit is required to secure the date and begin the planning process. One month prior to the event, 50% of the total payment amount must be made, and final payment due two weeks prior to the event, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please see cancellation policy below.
If you must cancel an event, a confirmation of cancellation MUST be obtained or you will be responsible for the entire balance due. If you cancel 3 weeks before the event you will be liable for the 25% cancellation fee. You must abide by all outside vendor cancellation policies used to plan your event.
If you must cancel your order, a confirmation of cancellation MUST be obtained; otherwise, you will be responsible for the entire balance due. If you cancel 1 month before event/wedding you will be liable for 25% of the total cost as a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from total price due to the fact that we would have already gotten everything together to start preparing for your event/wedding cake. Cancellation 1 week or less, prior to event, a full payment is required, since we would have already started preparing stuff for your cake order. By making the non-refundable 25% deposit, you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
All cake orders are shown to customers on pickup, prior to leaving. If for any reason you are not satisfied with something, please let us know before leaving, we will definitely do our best to rectify an error on our part. If someone is picking up your order you can have them take a picture and send it to you so you can check for errors such as color, wording design etc.
We are not responsible for damage to any order, whether standard, custom or tiered design cakes that are picked up and set-up by customers. In the event your cake is damaged in transit or due to set-up or storage, you are solely responsible. As a courtesy we will secure your order in your transportation for you.
